These are the terms for using NynLyf, made by Don't Be Boring Agency, LLC. Short, because a life app should not need a lawyer.

The Lyfer Pass

The Lyfer Pass is a one-time payment of $5. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. It gives you the app as it is today, every update as it ships, half off forever if paid plans arrive, and a direct line to the person who makes it. The pass is for one person and one account.

Refunds

If NynLyf is not for you, reply to any email from us and we will refund the $5. No questions, no form.

Your stuff

Everything you write in NynLyf belongs to you. You can export it any time. We do not claim any rights to it.

Our stuff

The NynLyf name, the logo, Nyn the cat, and the writing in the app and on nynlyf.com belong to Don't Be Boring Agency, LLC. Please do not copy them into another product.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work hard to keep NynLyf up and your data safe, and we back it with real people who answer email. We cannot promise it will never go down or never lose a byte, so keep the backup habit. NynLyf is provided as is, and our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Fair use

Do not use NynLyf to break the law, to attack the service, or to store anything that would hurt someone else. That is the whole list.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app and by email. These terms follow California law. Questions: nynlyf@ybboring.com.
