NynLyf is made by Don't Be Boring Agency, LLC, a California company. This page says, in plain words, what we keep and why. If anything here is unclear, email nynlyf@ybboring.com and a person will answer.
What we store
- Your tiles, tasks, groups, goals, and daily history. Saved on your device, and, if you sign in, saved to your account so it follows you between devices.
- Your email address, when you sign in or buy a Lyfer Pass. It is how we know which saved life is yours.
- Your calendar link, only if you choose to link a calendar. We use it to fetch your upcoming events and show them in the app. We never write to your calendar.
- Purchase records for the Lyfer Pass, held by our payment processors.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not show ads.
- We do not read your tasks. They are yours. We look at stored data only to fix a problem you ask us to fix.
- We do not use tracking pixels or analytics inside the app.
Who helps us run it
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Payments are handled by Stripe through GoHighLevel, which also sends our emails. Data is stored with Cloudflare. Each of these companies holds only what it needs to do its job.
When you become a Lyfer you get a short series of emails from Josh. Every one has an unsubscribe link. Replying to any of them reaches a person.
Your choices
- Back up or export your data any time from the Home screen.
- Start over on the Home screen erases everything on that device.
- Delete your account and all saved data: email nynlyf@ybboring.com from the address you signed in with. We delete it within 14 days and confirm.
- Unlink your calendar from the Home screen. The link is removed from your account immediately.
Children
NynLyf is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep information about them.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app and by email to Lyfers.
